I have a similar issue with the Action Menu Feature. After solution deployment and site feature activation, if I try to actually visit the Actions Menu Setting screen for a list I get the following error: Exception Type: System.Web.HttpException Exception Message: The resource object with key 'ActionsPageSelectAll' was not found. I got this error both from the release wsp and the wsp in the code version. Any help with this would be appreciated.

We have continued to have the Actions Menu issue cause the
"The resource object with key 'ActionsPageSelectAll' Exception."

Any hope in helping us resolve this issue??
Has anyone ever gotten the Actions Menu solutions to work?

Damn finaly a feature that does what I've needed for quite some time and getting the same error.
"The resource object with key 'ActionsPageSelectAll' was not found." reinstalled feature deployed feature still no difference.

Any fixes to this issue?

You need to have the resource files deployed into the wss virtual directory for your site. The bigger solution would be to have a feature that copies that resources into the App_GlobalResources folder, but if you just want to get it working you need to copy the files into that directory.

eg. C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\intranet-sbx380\App_GlobalResources

Copy the 4 SharePointToolBasket.*.resx from 12hive/CONFIG/Resources to the App_GlobalResources folder in your web app's IIS folder typically it's located at C:\inetput\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\portNumber.
