Just installed the WSP and have the following questions:
1 ) Why do you need the predefined Content Types defined and why do you need to attached the to your Custom List?
2 ) Can you use the solution for Lists with more than one Content Types? How do you defined the Layout for each Content Type ?
3 ) Why are you excluding for the Drag and Drop Fields Area fields that cannot be deleted (Field.CanBeDeleted equals FALSE)?

The reason why I used a content type is just because I want to limit the scope of that functionality. Using a content type gives me the possibility to change the edit/new/display forms of that content type ONLY.

I don't want to customize the standard content type "item"'s forms otherwise my code would be called for any single custom list in the farm...This is a deployment choice, if you want to apply that on the standard content type, it's quite easy to do, you just modify this solution a bit and redeploy it but it will be your choice.

Best Regards
